Jessica Wolf
Project Manager & Marketing Coordinator
Jess is responsible for managing Pusateri client relationships in the financial services field, across the U.S. and Canada. Including but not limited to the rollout of successful multi-year coaching and licensing programs for over two thousand client-facing reps. In addition to relationship management, she also continues to co-contribute to multi-year, highly regarded, organizational initiatives (Value Ladder, Discovering Your Value Programs) with Pusateri’s top clients over the past 4 years.

Jim has spent more than 30 years in the Retail Brokerage Industry in Leadership Development and Coaching. He is a Registered Corporate Coach with the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches and an adjunct to many fine firms specializing in leadership development. Jim’s last corporate position was with Morgan Stanley in talent management and leadership development. While there, he helped build the Management Assessment Center for Managers and provided advanced training for field management and executive education for high potentials in the field and the home office.

Jim started his career as a training professional within the retail brokerage industry in the early 80's with Merrill Lynch and in the 30+ years, since he has held senior level training and development positions with Smith Barney, PaineWebber (now UBS) and Prudential/Wachovia (now Wells Fargo Advisors). He has also been the Regional Business Manager for the Northeast Region of Prudential Securities just before and after the merger with Wachovia. Before joining Morgan Stanley, Jim worked for a consulting firm called TalentQuest where he was the Managing Director of the Northeast Region.
Jim has been married to his spouse Beverly since 1972 and they have two daughters, both of whom live and work in the New York metropolitan area. Jim attended St. John's University undergrad and also has an MBA from Fordham University. Jim is also an artist specializing in home portraits and landscape scenes. Jim and Beverly make their home in Rockland County, NY in the Hudson Valley as well as Sarasota, FL near Siesta Key. They have three grandchildren.

Larry is an experienced trainer and coach with more than 27 years experience helping people develop themselves to achieve their own and their employers’ goals. In his role as First Vice President and Group Manager of Advanced Financial Advisor Development, Team Development and Practice Management at UBS Financial Services, Inc., he spearheaded all training initiatives for top quintile revenue producers, including needs analysis and fact finding, best practice research, program design and delivery, implementation coaching and success measurement.

Larry is an accomplished presenter/facilitator in the classroom with a very engaging delivery style. At UBS he consistently ranked in the top 1% of facilitator rankings in a field of more than 500 internal and external presenters and was a sought-after facilitator.
Larry has trained and coached leaders, executives and top performing Financial Advisors in the US and in Europe, and as Master Coach and Coaching Team Head at UBS in the USA where he was responsible for the talent development of others in their coaching organization. During a multi-year assignment at UBS home office in Zürich, Switzerland he was co-facilitator of Senior Leadership Development Programs as part of his role in the leadership development initiative in their Wealth Management and Business Banking Division.
From 1991-1998 he was Manager of Initial Financial Consultant Training at Merrill Lynch, which included all training on all topics needed for a financial advisor to get started successfully in the financial services industry. This includes licensing, sales, prospecting, product, financial planning, and technology.
In the coaching world, Larry was awarded the credential Certified Professional Coach from the International Coach Academy and is a member of the International Coaching Federation. He studied extensively with Harvard University professors Robert Kegan and Lisa Lahey and is certified in their "Immunity to Change" coaching model, and with Darden School of Business, University of Virginia professors Jack and Carol Weber with whom he studied "360-Degree Feedback Coaching." These experiences, along with others, focused on separate and complementary aspects of training and implementation coaching that provides an outstanding client experience.
April Levitt
Adjunct Coach, B.Comm, CFP
Based in the GTA, April-Lynn has been a coach with The Personal Coach since 2006 and is passionate about helping advisors reach their potential. April previously worked for 10 years with MD Management as a top Financial Consultant and Regional Manager in the Calgary office managing $1 Billion dollars for physicians and their families. Prior to that she was an independent financial advisor in Vancouver specializing in the professional women’s market.
April has her Bachelor of Commerce with Distinction from the University of Alberta, her CFP, and extensive coaching, sales and management training. She is a frequent contributor to advisor.ca and Investment Executive.
Kim Poulin
Pusateri Adjunct Coach, BA, CLU, CH.F.C
Kim began her career with Manulife Financial in the Waterloo Sales Office in 1989. In the 14 years that followed she held a wide variety of positions including Brokerage Manager, Marketing Manager and New Agent Development. She relocated to Montreal in 2000 where she assumed the position of Regional Practice Management Consultant coaching many top advisors and their teams.
In 2005, Kim joined The Personal Coach, a national organization providing customized business coaching for financial advisors. Kim’s advisor clients value her openness, honesty and coaching methods and enjoy the results that they get from her coaching process. Helping advisors achieve success with less stress, more focus, and more confidence is always the goal.
Jeff Schmitt
Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®), Coach
Jeff is an accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®) who brings over 35 years of financial industry experience to his role as a coach with Pusateri Consulting. He most recently worked as a Senior Business Consultant with Envestment Wealth Management Solutions, formerly a subsidiary of Prudential Investments. During his 18-year tenure, Jeff consulted with investment professionals who advise high-net-worth and institutional clients, and obtained specialized expertise in the Canadian market. He frequently presented with and alongside financial advisors to win institutional, non-profit, and high net worth opportunities. His advisor support focused on new business development, case review and analysis, portfolio construction, fiduciary process, education, training and industry best practices. Prior to Wealth Management Solutions, Jeff began his career as a financial advisor. He also worked as an area branch manager, regional vice president, and institutional separate account consultant. Jeff is a long-time member of the Investment Management Consultants Association (IMCA), and resides in Northern California with his wife of 38 years. Both of his sons live nearby, and like their father are employed in the financial services industry.
