Our Beliefs About Organizations
We believe:
- Most organizations are in denial about the requirements to build a great, enduring organization. Organizations want results and economic metrics, but few are willing to build the culture correctly to get the results they aspire to achieve.
- Few organizations have a consistent value message. Many times there is a disconnect between headquarters and the rep. on the street in delivering the organizational message of value.
- The number one job of a leader is to communicate the vision and value of an organization in a way that is accessible and actionable at all levels internally and externally. A leader's job is to create alignment throughout the organization.
- There are no effective shortcuts to creating a culture of value. The processes to examine and articulate an organization's unique value must be a part of the culture. Your value changes and it must be revisited over time.
- Winging it costs millions. Companies often spend millions on marketing, conferences, product launches and third-party consulting with no insurance that their sales teams can win Value Moments of Truthâ„¢.
