We are dedicated to helping our clients become extraordinary and beyond that to ultimately become their best. At all levels of our organization we share a common value, which is the desire to create enduring success for our clients.
Passionate, inspirational, and
motivating are words many would use to describe Leo Pusateri. Affectionately
known as the "value man" in the financial services industry, he is also
recognized as the industry's premier thought partner of value-based training,
not only by senior leaders in the C-suites, but among top advisors as well.
While his core unique value
proposition remains focused on helping organizations and individuals discover,
articulate and capitalize on their value, Leo's curriculum goes significantly
deeper by teaching professionals the principles of reputational value as well
as how to develop and present it. He guides senior leaders who are looking to
drive an eight-to nine-figure lift to their businesses. He also leads financial
entrepreneurs who are attempting to elevate their stature from "good-to-great"
to ultimately becoming extraordinary in competing on value.
When it comes to knowing, pricing, selling, and
"living" your value, Leo's time-honored and proprietary programs are in place
around the world. This is a credible testament to his knowledge capital that he
enthusiastically shares with clients. He has traveled the globe from Singapore
to Spain, from Vancouver to Zurich, New York City to London, and from beautiful
Buffalo to San Francisco—among other spots in and outside of the U.S. His
travels find him working with senior leadership teams to financial
entrepreneurs who represent broker-dealers, RIAs, investment management firms,
private banks, family offices, insurance companies and others. Through Leo's
robust training programs with clients around the globe, firms have endorsed
Leo's skill set as the absolute best-in-class in bringing value-based training
to the table.
Giles thrives on a daily diet of complexity, creativity and engagement with restless entrepreneurs. He works with clients who share his contempt for the boring, the vague, and the faceless dribble that the financial world forces unwitting clients to contemplate.
Giles plays three key roles at Pusateri. He heads Pusateri's institutional relationships with client firms in the US, Canada, and globally. He creates new programs, including co-creating Pricing Your Value with Toronto-based PriceMetrix. He speaks, coaches and trains firms, teams and individuals.
Since joining Pusateri in 2002, Giles has helped develop the Value Ladder™ messaging for each of Pusateri's investment management and private wealth client firms in Canada, the US and the UK. He has personally coached top wholesalers, branch and complex managers, product leaders and wealth management teams and individuals.
From 1997 - 2002, Giles created and directed Horsesmouth's Sustained Learning Programs, the e-learning division of the company. Horsesmouth is a New York City-based online performance improvement network for retail financial advisors.
Combining an interest in global affairs and the intrigues of capital markets, he began his financial services career in 1995 as an analyst and investor liaison for Zephyr Management. He helped raise and manage Zephyr's $117 million South African Capital Growth Fund, the first US private equity fund to reenter South Africa after apartheid.
Giles assisted currency expert Barbara Rockefeller in researching and writing her 2002 book,
CNBC 24/7 Trading: Around the Clock, Around the World.
On the personal side, Giles thinks Buffalo can and should become the most European city in the US. (We all need ambitious goals!). To that end, in his notional free time he restores 19th century mansions in Buffalo, typically while contemplating geopolitics.
Il faut cultiver son jardin.

Jeff Liebel is a seasoned business executive, successful management consultant and entrepreneur. He was a founding partner in 1989 of Counterpoint Consulting, a firm that has been assisting both family and closely held companies to successfully navigate their growth challenges. He has spent many years in transformative management roles including 2001 - 2006 as the COO of a U.S. based winter sport apparel company guiding their change from a manufacturing and sales company to a branded product management and distribution firm. Jeff began his business career in sales and marketing with Proctor & Gamble and then spent most of the 1980's working for fast growing retail banking organizations that were making the most of the newly deregulated banking landscape.
Jeff is bringing his years of leadership, management and business operating experience to help develop and implement a sustainable growth strategy for the firm. The bedrock of his approach is that you need to build with people of exceptional talent and character in order to have sustainable and profitable growth. He leads with this fundamental strategy - give the right people a client centric mission and strong, scaleable business model - they will make the rest happen.
On the personal side, Jeff believes that he has had the richest experiences and learned the best lessons in the outdoors. As an avid canoeist, kayaker, camper, skier and hiker he spends time in the outdoors throughout the seasons with his wife, family and friends. According to Jeff "There is no better feeling in the world than seeing the last vestiges of sunlight on a dappled Adirondack lake, the canoes pulled up on shore, and the family gathering at the campfire, all filled with that satisfying exhaustion that you only get from spending a day immersed in nature - I challenge Disney to top that!". Check out one of his passions - the Northern Forest Canoe Trail.
In mixing his enthusiasm for business and his passion of the outdoors, he is a big believer in the phrase, "Not all who wander are lost", but he also insists that you better have a pretty good strategic reason for choosing where you wander.
