Discovering Your Value: You need to know your value before you can sell your value. We challenge participants to develop truly unique and interesting answers to the seven surprisingly simple, exceptionally elegant, yet deceptively difficult questions clients ask. This program also includes one remote follow up coaching session to review your Value Ladder™ answers and discuss implementation opportunities.
Pricing Your Value: The eighth question that builds on the Value Ladder™ is: So, how much would it cost to work with you? Most Financial Entrepreneurs do not apply enough time, thought, or rigor to their pricing. Hence, they wing answers, discount unnecessarily and leave value on the table. This Pusateri program, which is powered by PriceMetrix research, begins with a two day retreat that sets the foundation and plan. There are three remote follow up coaching sessions included over three months to assist with the implementation of your pricing strategy.
Delivering Your Value: Once you know your value, you need to articulate and align your value to what keeps your clients up at night. Delivering Your Value is neither basic nor advanced - it's absolutely fundamental.
This intensive two and a half day retreat, lead by Leo Pusateri, takes your skills and confidence to the next level. The prerequisite for this retreat is previous attendance in Discovering Your Value and/or Pricing Your Value.
