Strategic retreats are for firms who know their top talent needs and wants powerful coaching experiences to take the business to the next level. Pusateri's strategic retreats are two-three day off-sites, followed by three months of coaching. Group sizes are deliberately small: 15 - 25 participants is the norm.
Follow-up is the key to successful implementation results, far out distancing stand alone retreats. A key differentiator of Pusateri is our multi-month experience: retreats with follow up coaching for three months and capped with an appropriate face to face assessment session.
Typically, the retreats follow this sequence: Discovering Your Value, Pricing Your Value, and Delivering Your Value. At times, firms have a burning need to jump to one topic and we do agree to do the retreats out of sequence (though not often).
