Pricing Your Value has Arrived
Pusateri is pleased to announce that the long anticipated "Pricing Your Value Experience" has launched in North America. This is the first major program created through the strategic alliance that was forged between Pusateri Consulting and Training and PriceMetrix.
This practical, powerful program was over a year in development including multiple beta tests that honed the message, flow and critical exercises that create a real change in pricing practices. Pusateri Managing Director and co-creator of the program, Giles Kavanagh, said "Pricing Your Value is the most important decision a Financial Entrepreneur™ makes in their business. The Program
"Pricing Your Value" is a multi-layered experience that extends the highly acclaimed seven-step Pusateri Value Ladder™ to the eighth rung, "So, how much does your service cost?" The program challenges Financial Entrepreneurs to understand the critical interplay of value delivered, client perceptions, and pricing power.
There were five beliefs that drove the creation of Pricing Your Value:
1. Pricing is one of the most important business decisions you need to make as a Financial Entrepreneur.
2. You need to know your value before you can price your value.
3. Most Financial Entrepreneurs do not apply enough thought, time or rigor to pricing their value.
4. Pricing discussions should be conducted with total confidence in the value you provide.
5. Only when your clients fully appreciate your value can you fully Realize Your Value™.
This program combines Pusateri's proven expertise in the development and delivery of compelling and unique value propositions with powerful insights and experience from the industry pricing experts PriceMetrix. They are leaders in assisting investment firms to increase productivity and revenue by helping individual advisors become better CEOs of their businesses. Jeff Marsden, Vice President with PriceMetrix was a co-creator of the program along with Kavanagh.
The Structure of the Pricing Your Value Experience
Pricing is not a one time event and neither is the Pricing Your Value Experience. It is designed with two integral components and begins with a Two Day Group Retreat. The retreat is followed, over the next 3 months with 4 Strategy Refinement and Implementation Sessions that are approximately one hour each, delivered via phone or e-meetings.
Participants will have specific assignments in between these sessions as successfully pricing your value requires targeting specific clients and engaging them in the value discussion. This program is designed to help prepare and implement a cogent pricing strategy.
